There seems to be a glitch in the system where an artwork comes up as “unavailable”. We are working with our support team, but in the meantime, here is what you need to know:
Once you select an artwork: if you see the “How to get it” selector and the “Add to cart” button, please go ahead an purchase your piece. Everything is working as it should.
If an artwork is SOLD and truly unavailable there will be an “Out of stock” indication in red under the “Quantity” selector. There will also be an “Item unavailable” indicator in orange in the “How to get it” selector.
If an item simply says “Not Available” in the black bar next to the “Quantity” selector and does not offer you the “How to get it” selector please follow these steps:
- Click on the “Shop All” navigator menu at the top left.
- Reselect the piece you are interested in.
- You should see the “Add to Cart” button…
- Select “How to get” your piece.
- Purchase your piece.
